‘Bad Boys for Life’ Trailer: Whatcha Gonna Do?

Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, arguably the best buddy cop duo since Eddie Murphy and Nick Nolte or Mel Gibson and Danny Glover, are back for the third installment of the Bad Boys franchise, Bad Boys for Life. The trailer dropped Wednesday, and fans are excited to see the two back together as if 17 years haven’t passed (more than twice the gap between the first two installments).

Full of laughs, car chases, and Captain Howard losing his damn mind! There are beautiful women, beautiful cars, and picturesque Miami as the backdrop. What more do you want from a Bad Boys sequel?

Will Smith and Martin Lawrence never miss a beat with their off-the-cuff humor, back and forth banter, and their trademark approach to the Cops theme song. Detective Lawrey and Burnett are back in the streets delivering hilarity at every turn. Miami bad guys beware, the sequel looks to be full of even more gunfights and unique destruction.

Set for release on January 17th, 2020, and adding Vanessa Hudgens, Alexander Ludwig, and Happy Anderson to the cast, Bad Boys for Life is sure to excite fans of the franchise.

Will Smith is 17 years older and looks like the movies were shot back-to-back. We are not ruling out magic of some kind. Martin Lawrence, however, looks like Danny Glover in Lethal Weapon 4, “Too old for this s***”.

Synopsis: “Marcus Burnett is now a police inspector and Mike Lowery is in a midlife crisis. They unite again when an Albanian mercenary, whose brother they killed, promises them an important bonus.”
