E3 2019: ‘Zelda: Breath of the Wild’ Sequel in Development for Switch
Nintendo left no prisoners once their E3 2019 presentation was done on Tuesday. But it was the final teaser that slayed us all.
At the end of today’s Nintendo Direct, Nintendo announced that a new Legend of Zelda game is in development: a full sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for Nintendo Switch.
Nintendo was light on information, but a teaser trailer for the Breath of the Wild sequel shows a familiar Hyrule, Link and Zelda exploring dark dungeons, and some teasers.
We will update as this story develops, but for now just anticipate that sometime in 2020 we will see a brand new Legend of Zelda tale to go along with the The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening remake set for September 20th of this year.
