Alice In Wonderland Cosplay Collection
November 26th, 1864, author Lewis Carroll (Charles Lutwidge Dodgson) handed his beloved daughter a pile of handwritten papers as an early Christmas gift entitled Alice’s Adventures Under Ground filled with funny sketches of a Queen with red hearts, a little girl and lots of mischievousness!
Since initial manuscript in 1864 it took a full year for Alice in Wonderland’s to be published on 26 November, 1865. This entertaining anthropomorphic laden tale weaves fantastic adventures and brings children on new journeys in 27,500 fabulous words that have been translated into 174 languages. No children’s story is complete without tons of thought provoking illustrations, some are even originals drawn by Lewis Carroll himself.
The long anticipated movie, Alice: Through The Looking Glass, starring Johnny Depp, Anne Hathaway and Helena Bonham Carter is due out in 2016. The storyline takes us back to our Wonderland adventuress and shows us how Alice goes through the looking glass to save the Mad Hatter!
12 chapters delve into the fantasy world Alice created: Down the Rabbit Hole, The Pool of Tears, The Caucus Race and a Long Tale, The Rabbit Sends a Little Bill, Advice From a Caterpillar, Pig and Pepper, A Mad Tea-Party, The Queen’s Croquet Ground, The Mock Turtle’s Story, Lobster Quadrille, Who Stole The Tarts? and Alice’s Evidence.
