Destiny Cosplay That is Out of This World

Steven K. Smith of SKS Props has some phenomenal work from a variety of video games, but today we are geeking out over his Destiny Cosplay!

Steven K. Smith is a cosplayer from Kansas City, Missouri. His Destiny masks are hand sculpted and resin cast. The armor is a freehand template he designed himself. Both Steven’s masks and entire costume were recently recognized by Bungie, the developer of “Destiny” and featured in their “Destiny: One Year” Video.

Steven is the owner & creator of SKS Props on Etsy. His fabulous work is available for sale through his shop, and, having seen his work first hand, it is as phenomenal in person as it is in photos!

If purchasing props isn’t your deal, Steven also puts his work up on Instructables for other cosplayers to give it a go themselves! His Destiny build instructables can be found here, and has recently won First Place for best Halloween Costume on the instructables site.

These photos were taken by the fabulous Noah Smith Images at Kansas City’s first ever Kansas City Comic-Con in August.
