Project Cosplay Tickets Now On Sale

Denver, CO – July 31, 2015 – Project-Nerd, LLC is happy to announce tickets for the company’s inaugural event, Project Cosplay, are now available.
Powered by Project-Nerd, Project Cosplay is a weekend event set to create a community environment in Denver where cosplayers can network, learn, and inspire one another through the course of one amazing weekend.

Tickets became available this morning, Friday, July 31st, and are expected to sell out quickly. The original intention was to host a crowd of 150, but due to the original press release being shared more than 200 times and the Facebook Fan Page gaining 300 likes in its first week live, Project-Nerd decided to increase the ticket count to 200.

“We are excited for the early attention Project Cosplay is receiving,” noted Iggy Michniacki, Project-Nerd Founder & CEO. “We never thought it would gain this strong of a following so early. We are looking at ways to accommodate as many people as possible, but we will have to maintain a hard attendance cap for this first year.”

Project Cosplay is expected to host approximately 200 individuals in costume and 10-12 photographers and photography teams. The event will offer seven rooms with more than a dozen dedicated areas for photography sessions as well as other open areas for photoshoots and rooms dedicated to workshops and panels. Group photo sessions will be organized throughout the weekend and will include themes such as The Avengers playing poker, Borderlands characters at the bar, and many more exciting concepts.

Project Cosplay will be hosted at the Ramada Plaza Hotel & Conference Center at 10 E. 120th Avenue in Northglenn, Colorado with open registration, a meet and greet, and a celebration kicking everything off on Friday, February 19th. Tickets are available for $35 each, with a select amount of VIP tickets available for $50 that include a limited edition shirt and gift bag. Based on demand, it is anticipated that tickets will be gone within a week, and no additional tickets will be made available.
